His life is a contradiction in a paradoxical world
His logic is uncertain but his heart is not
Heir to a different thought, the greatest wealth that is
Convinced to be on the right track, though he has no guides

Desperate to feel superior, not sure of the reasons why
A revolutionary without a collective, is he doomed to disappear?

Condemned to silence, but is he really?
There are so many questions he can’t answer
So much shame he can’t cope with
The helplessness is repugnant, but he’s still in denial

Scratching the surface, defining new principles
Breathing their animosity, he’s surrounded by their fears
Intimidated by their broken dreams
